Policies

Shipping Policy- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $17.95 on all orders. Most orders arrive in 1-2 business days.

Return Policy- Must have invoice for any returns. Returns not accepted after 30 days. Only unopened product can be returned. No returns on shears, appliances. and Hair Couture products. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please notify us upon receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Photo or description of damaged/defective product may be required. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged/defective or incorrect product.

We service licensed Hairdressers, Barbers, Cosmetologists, and Estheticians only. We sevice most of NY state (except NY city) and Erie PA. Some brands may not be available in all areas.
